Are there setup fees?
No. Onboarding, integration support, and account configuration are included for every plan.
When do merchants get paid?
Weekly. Settlements run every Monday for the prior week's approved transactions.
What about defaults?
Repayments are deducted from payroll at source, so default rates stay below industry benchmarks. We absorb the residual risk.
Do you support multiple currencies?
We're live in KES today, with TZS, UGX, and RWF rolling out in 2026.
